Tech Lead - CCLM

As a T2 Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a small team of developers while remaining hands-on with code. You will collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone transitioning from a senior developer to technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of software components and features.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding and architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and performance standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
