Tech Lead - Credit / Lending Platform

About the Job:

This role involves leading the overall architecture design and technical roadmap of the Credit Middle Platform, which supports end-to-end credit business processes including credit assessment, disbursement, repayment, and marketing operations. You will design and build core middle-platform services such as credit limit service, payment gateway, marketing campaign engine, user center, and accounting/reconciliation modules. You will also promote service modularization and standardization by defining reusable components, service specifications, and API documentation to enable scalability across multiple product lines. Additionally, you will oversee system performance optimization and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive solution design, technical review, release validation, and iterative improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture design and technical roadmap of the Credit Middle Platform.
• Design and build core middle-platform services.
• Promote service modularization and standardization; define reusable components and service specifications.
• Oversee system performance optimization and technical risk management.
• Collaborate with product, risk, payment, and operations teams.
• Guide team members on system design, code quality, and architectural best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in credit, payment, or middle-platform system development and architecture.
• Strong understanding of credit business logic and experience with middle-platform systems.
• Proficient in Java/Spring Boot microservice architecture; familiar with Python.
• Solid knowledge of distributed system design, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Strong system architecture and design capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about technology innovation and fintech.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in large-scale fintech companies or SaaS-based credit platforms.
• Knowledge of risk-based pricing and credit limit systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and DevOps practices.
