Your Mission:
Lead the technical execution, architecture, and engineering excellence of the company web dApp. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll shape the architecture of a security-critical Web3 application used to access decentralized finance. You'll build secure, scalable, and high-performing frontend systems, guide engineering decisions across wallet interactions and blockchain integrations, and help establish engineering standards that balance delivery speed with quality, security, and long-term maintainability.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the technical direction and frontend architecture of the company web dApp, emphasizing security.
- Build production code for critical features and complex Web3 user journeys.
- Design and improve secure integrations with backend services, blockchain APIs, wallet providers, and transaction management.
- Establish engineering standards for security, performance, accessibility, testing, and code quality.
- Drive secure engineering practices and improve reliability of wallet-related functionality.
- Mentor frontend engineers through guidance, code reviews, and ongoing development.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, mobile, QA, and analytics teams.
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of frontend or full-stack development experience, with a focus on technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Angular, with experience in large production web applications.
- Understanding of frontend architecture, state management, application design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating REST and Web3 APIs, including wallet providers and libraries like ethers.js or web3.js.
- Familiarity with secure engineering practices and threat modeling.
- Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative code review processes.
- Experience mentoring engineers and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Nx monorepos, Angular SSR, feature flags, or product analytics.
- Background in AI-assisted code review, testing, or security automation.
