As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the technical execution, architecture, and engineering excellence of the company web dApp. This hands-on technical leadership role entails shaping the architecture of a security-critical Web3 application for accessing decentralized finance. Your responsibilities include building secure, scalable, high-performing frontend systems, guiding engineering decisions regarding wallet interactions and blockchain integrations, and establishing engineering standards that balance delivery speed with quality, security, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical direction and frontend architecture of the company web dApp, with an emphasis on security.
- Build production code for critical features and complex Web3 user journeys.
- Design and enhance secure integrations with backend services and blockchain APIs.
- Establish engineering standards for security, performance, accessibility, testing, and code quality.
- Drive secure engineering practices and enhance the reliability of wallet-related functionality.
- Mentor frontend engineers through technical guidance and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable features.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of professional frontend or full-stack development experience, particularly in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficient in TypeScript and Angular, with a history of maintaining large production web applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating REST and Web3 APIs, including with wallet providers and signing flows.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering environments and secure engineering practices.
- Competent in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is expected.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Nx monorepos or product analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted code review, testing, or security automation.
