Tech Lead- MEAN Stack

About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Lead with over 8 years of experience in designing and delivering scalable web applications. You will be responsible for leading engineering teams, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software delivery across the full stack. This role requires expertise in the airline domain and mandates a strong proficiency in Node.js, Angular, JavaScript, CI/CD, REST API, Ionic, Ngrx, and Signal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Drive delivery of features with focus on quality, performance, and timelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for successful delivery
• Continuously improve engineering processes, automation, and system reliability

Technical Skills

• Frontend: Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Ionic, Ngrx, Signal
• Backend: Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices
• Architecture: System Design, Scalable Distributed Systems
