Tech Lead

We are looking for a Technology Lead responsible for managing the Development team. This includes handling complex groups of back-end services and their client-end (desktop and mobile) counterparts. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications while coordinating with the rest of the team on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Senior professional with 10-12 years of experience.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs; devise solutions for these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Experience in an agile software development environment and principles of agile architecture.
• Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on collective decision-making.
• Technical expertise in modern architectural styles like Microservices, Containers, Cloud (AWS, Azure), APIs, and Continuous Delivery.
• Strong foundation in software architecture concepts and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster and motivate programmers.
• Proficient in Java & Java EE, with familiarity in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google.
• Experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, Vue, or Flutter, and knowledge of Node.js.
• Familiar with OOPS, MVC, JDBC, RESTful APIs, JSON, and Swagger Open API specifications.
• Experience in NoSQL (preferably MongoDB) and RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Working experience with Spring framework and expertise in container-based architecture (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools).
