Responsibilities:

Senior professional with 10-12 years of experience.
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs; devise solutions for these problems.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Manage the team and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

Experience in an agile software development environment and principles of agile architecture.
Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on collective decision-making.
Technical expertise in modern architectural styles like Microservices, Containers, Cloud (AWS, Azure), APIs, and Continuous Delivery.
Strong foundation in software architecture concepts and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster and motivate programmers.
Proficient in Java & Java EE, with familiarity in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google.
Experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, Vue, or Flutter, and knowledge of Node.js.
Familiar with OOPS, MVC, JDBC, RESTful APIs, JSON, and Swagger Open API specifications.
Experience in NoSQL (preferably MongoDB) and RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
Working experience with Spring framework and expertise in container-based architecture (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools).
