Tech Lead - Oracle Fusion Cloud with OCI, ODI & FD

Job Description:

• Lead overall onshore/offshore OIC/BI Reports/PaaS development/ODI team and manage integrations.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the Program as the Technical expert.
• Experience and knowledge in Architecture, Design, and Implementation.
• Knowledge of Oracle SaaS Cloud.
• Experience in designing and implementing mid-size to complex integration architecture using OIC and ODI.
• Minimum of 1 Fusion project implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Financials is a must.
• Sound understanding of FBDI based conversions in the cloud.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processes.
• Ability to perform multiple roles (analyst/lead developer) and drive integration projects to successful closure.
• Participate in all program-level technical strategy discussions with customers (Integrations, Instance management, Data Migration, and Regression testing).
• Facilitate/review all technical components of status meetings.
• Perform Instance Management activities, including Oracle Quarterly updates, PaaS monthly updates, refreshes, and patches.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to customers.
• Professionalism in handling internal and external confidential data.
• Ability to handle multiple modules/tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines with persistent follow-up to ensure requirements are met.
