Tech Lead

We are looking for a Technology Lead responsible for managing the Development team. This position involves overseeing complex groups of back-end services and their client-end (desktop and mobile) counterparts. The primary responsibility will be to design and develop these applications, coordinating with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Senior professional with 10-12 years of experience.
• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Manage the team and successfully deliver projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Working experience in an agile software development environment with a good understanding of agile architecture principles.
• Strong collaborative mindset for decentralized decision-making.
• Deep understanding of modern architectural styles and practices such as Microservices, Containers, Cloud (AWS, Azure), APIs, and Continuous Delivery.
• Proven leadership skills with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Java & Java EE and familiar with related ecosystems.
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular/React/Vue/Flutter and Node JS.
• Experience with NoSQL (preferably Mongo) and RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in Spring framework components, Hibernate ORM, and Spring Security.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies and container-based architecture (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools and build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle.
