Role: Siebel CRM Developer
Work Location: Doha, Qatar
Experience: 5+ years
Education Requirements:
- Degree or Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration, deployment, and optimization of Siebel CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Siebel IP17, IP19.x, and performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of Siebel Enterprise Architecture and Best Practices.
- Configuring Inbound and Outbound web services, JMS configuration, and REST APIs.
- Managing server tasks and Siebel Marketing Campaigns.
- Utilizing Java for functional support within banking operations, specifically in campaign management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in OSLinux and Windows environments.
- Expertise in workflow and eScript.
- Hands-on with Siebel configuration: UI, BO, and Data object layers.
- Experience with Assignment Manager criteria and workload distribution.
- Familiarity with Siebel Lead Management and Service Request modules.
Functional Skills:
- Banking knowledge, particularly related to campaign management.
- Experience in retail and corporate domains.
Soft Skills:
- Strong ability to influence technical teams and improve productivity.
- Self-motivator with the capacity to lead initiatives independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills suitable for presenting ideas to Senior and Executive management.
