Job Overview
As a Tech Lead Full Stack Developer, you will guide the development of web portals and mobile applications from conception to deployment. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on development skills, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers and business analysts, to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead the development team in designing, developing, and implementing web portals and mobile applications. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and high coding standards.
- Full Stack Development: Oversee both front-end and back-end development tasks. Utilize technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), back-end frameworks (Node.js, Spring), and mobile development platforms (iOS, Android).
- Architecture and Design: Define and implement the technical architecture for portal and mobile applications, ensuring scalability and maintainability aligned with business requirements.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to determine project requirements and deliverables, managing project timelines and task allocation.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement automated testing strategies for maintaining high-quality codebases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate business requirements and user needs into functional interfaces. Collaborate with business analysts to gather and refine requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, address technical issues, and optimize user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and API specifications.
- Innovation: Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools to enhance development processes and application functionality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer) are a plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in full stack development with proven leadership experience in building and deploying web and mobile applications.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Spring Boot, and .NET.
