Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications
Be a hands-on contributor, especially for complex features or critical fixes
Mentor and support software engineers in their growth and development
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and designers to build impactful solutions
Enforce high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation
Architect full-stack solutions using Next.js and Node.js
Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries
Implement clean, responsive UI using Tailwind CSS
(Preferred) Integrate AI/ML features using Python
Stay current with modern development trends, AI technologies, and fintech innovations

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in software development
2+ years in a leadership or Tech Lead position
Expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and scalable UI frameworks
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Passion for mentoring, team empowerment, and hands-on coding
(Preferred) Working knowledge of Python for backend or AI/ML tasks
