As a Tech Majlis Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, software, and hardware. You will be responsible for supporting both internal and external clients by addressing and resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner through various channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement processes and procedures for incident management including major, complex, and low-impact incidents.
  • Route requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution and inform users, customers, and stakeholders about progress toward service restoration.
  • Document and close resolved incidents properly, analyze causes, and help minimize the probability of recurrence.
  • Handle customer support requests related to desktops, networks, collaboration tools, and printers, logging incidents and maintaining relevant records.
  • Conduct country training sessions to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a positive experience with Tech Majlis services.
  • Assist in planning and executing Tech Majlis rollout projects and system implementations in an effective manner.
  • Maintain an accurate register of IT assets and perform asset management activities.
