The Tech Majlis Associate will play a crucial role within the IT support team, focusing on managing and maintaining technology infrastructure and systems to ensure efficient delivery of IT services. This position involves monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures while providing front-line technical assistance to both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Implement processes for managing different categories of incidents, including major, complex, and low-impact incidents.
  • Route requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution and inform stakeholders of progress.
  • Document and close resolved incidents, analyze causes to minimize recurrence, and contribute to service improvement.
  • Handle requests for support, log incidents, and maintain relevant records.
  • Conduct country training sessions and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in planning and executing system implementations and office setups.
  • Maintain an accurate register of IT assets and produce reports for asset management.
