The ROW SHARP team is seeking a Tech/Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support solving UTR system issues during new store and hub launches (tier 1) and Business As Usual (BAU, tier 2). The role requires collaboration with tech, configuration, business, and operations teams to optimize and shorten system readiness timelines for launches. You will partner with product and tech teams to drive permanent solutions for frequent issues.
This individual contributor position demands a strong understanding of business and operations, a deep knowledge of UTR systems, a customer-obsessed mindset, and a willingness to dive deep into issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Solve UTR system issues during new store and hub launches (tier 1) and BAU (tier 2).
- Optimize and shorten system readiness timelines for launches.
- Drive permanent solutions for frequent issues.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of cross-functional experience working with both tech and non-tech teams.
- 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Ability to define program requirements and use data and metrics for improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in driving process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling.
