About the Job
The ROW SHARP team is looking for a Tech / Product SME. In this position, you will be responsible for solving UTR system issues during new store, hub launches (tier1), and BAU (tier2). You will work with tech, configuration, business, and ops teams to optimize and shorten system readiness timelines for launches. You will partner with the product and tech team to drive permanent solutions for frequent issues. This is an individual contributor position that requires a strong sense of business and operations, a deep understanding of the UTR systems, customer obsession, and a willingness to dive deep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve UTR system issues during new store, hub launches (tier1) and BAU (tier2).
  • Optimize/shorten system readiness timeline for launches.
  • Drive permanent solutions for frequent issues.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
