Key Responsibilities:
- Employ a rigorous methodology to identify and solve complex technology business challenges, leading to strategic insights.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the convergence of business and technology.
- Independently manage small engagements or work streams across all delivery elements: client satisfaction, value delivery, team management, and financials.
- Identify and nurture business opportunities while supporting sales efforts with clients and the company teams.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align business and technology priorities.
- Develop and share content knowledge through active involvement in technology strategy operations.
- Lead the creation of thought leadership assets that provide innovative insights and recommendations in technology strategy.
Key Skills:
- Strong data-driven consulting with a focus on business and technology value realization.
- Independent determination of methods and procedures for assignments.
- Capacity to manage team efforts at a client or within the company.
- Experience in technology strategy offerings, including IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and data & analytics.
- Proven experience in technology advisory and/or implementation.
- Cross-industry experience, preferably in Banking, Telcos, Oil & Gas, or Government.
- Business acumen developed beyond a technical role, possibly through an MBA.
- 0-2 years of experience in IT/Digital technology strategy; relevant consulting experience or strong in-house IT & Digital strategy experience is preferred.
