Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for mid to manager-level tech roles across Engineering, Product, and Data functions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to align on team needs and define hiring strategies.
- Successfully meet ambitious hiring targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Source talent across GCC markets, focusing on quality, speed, and diversity.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed recruitment decisions, report on KPIs, and improve processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance the overall candidate experience.
- Employ a hands-on approach to hiring in a rapidly evolving environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or in an agency.
- Proven success in hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) across GCC, particularly in KSA and UAE.
- Experience managing high-volume hiring and scaling in fast-growth settings.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the capability to influence and advise at various levels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and optimize recruitment processes.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Language Requirements: Only Saudi Nationals are considered for this role as per local restrictions.
