As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic hiring expert and trusted advisor, overseeing end-to-end recruitment across our Technology teams. Your key responsibilities will include managing full-cycle recruitment for mid to manager-level tech roles across Engineering, Product, and Data functions; collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies aligned with team needs; meeting ambitious hiring targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates; sourcing talent across GCC markets with a focus on quality, speed, and diversity; utilizing data and analytics to guide recruitment decisions, report on KPIs, and continuously improve hiring processes; and contributing to employer branding initiatives to enhance the candidate experience.
Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or in an agency setting; a proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles across the GCC, particularly in KSA and UAE; experience managing high-volume hiring in fast-growth environments; strong stakeholder management and communication skills; a data-driven mindset with the capability to analyze trends; and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
