As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic hiring expert and trusted advisor, overseeing end-to-end recruitment for our Technology teams. You will be instrumental in building our tech organization by collaborating with hiring managers, utilizing data to inform decisions, and ensuring exceptional candidate experiences within a high-growth, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to manager-level tech roles across Engineering, Product, and Data functions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand team needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Meet ambitious hiring targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  • Source talent across GCC markets, focusing on quality, speed, and diversity.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions, report on KPIs, and continuously improve processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience at all touchpoints.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach to hiring within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment, either in-house or within an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data) across the GCC, particularly in KSA and UAE.
  • Experience managing high-volume hiring and scaling in fast-growth scenarios.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing and advising at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and optimize sourcing and hiring processes.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
