About the Job
As a Technical Account Manager at Alibaba Cloud, you will act as a customer advocate, providing proactive services to enhance the operational health of customers' cloud-based IT systems within assigned accounts. Your primary focus will be to ensure successful operation and realization of value from Alibaba Cloud products. You will increase customer satisfaction, reduce support costs, and offer insights on product improvements.
You will function as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their business challenges while driving the adoption of Alibaba Cloud solutions. As the main point of contact for aftersales delivery, you will provide proactive services, best practice advice, and technical advocacy. You will coordinate with Account Management, support, consulting, and engineering teams to address technical queries promptly, ensuring project timelines and requirements are met.
Your role requires a deep understanding of products and technologies to help accounts avoid issues, mitigate risks, and manage changes and incidents effectively.
