As a TAM, you will focus on more than just “break-fix” solutions; you will help enable customers' technical environments to run efficiently, fostering long-lasting loyalty between the company and its clients. Your responsibilities will include forging customer relationships, understanding their implementations, sharing best practices, and managing communications during major incidents. You will tailor support for each customer's environment and advocate on their behalf while collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
What You Will Do:
- Support enterprise customers implementing Ansible Automated Platform solutions.
- Act as the primary customer advocate within the company.
- Deliver product updates and assist with upgrades.
- Stay current with new technologies, including container orchestration and automation environments.
- Specialize in Ansible Automation Platform implementation.
- Perform technical reviews to identify and prevent issues.
- Manage customer support requests and provide strategic advice on products.
- Maintain documentation for issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
- Visit customer sites as needed to ensure exceptional service experiences.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in technical support, software development, or engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of Ansible Automated Platform and similar technologies.
- Familiarity with configuration management, application deployment, and infrastructure orchestration.
- Proficiency in an English-speaking environment.
- Proven ability to manage existing customer relationships and communicate complex information clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline preferred.
- Experience with Linux system administration (preferably RHEL).
- Familiarity with container technologies and cloud environments is a plus.
- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts preferred.
