Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product teams to understand and assess solution capabilities and readiness in the MEA region.
• Collaborate with local solution partners to develop joint solutions for localized delivery.
• Work with customers to understand their business strategy and develop customer-facing solution proposals and roadmaps. The solutions include AI infrastructure platforms, AI agent platforms, data analytics, customized AI use cases, and private cloud.
• Coordinate with product teams and local solution partners to develop a project execution plan.
• Responsible for the success of solution delivery, delivery risk assessment, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in enterprise solution engineering in the technology industry.
• Fast learner of new technology solutions across large language models, AI infrastructure, Cloud IaaS/PaaS, and software development.
• Hands-on experience in cloud architecture, migration, AI agents, and data analytics.
• Experience leading executive business plans and independently translating topline goals into impactful business plans, prioritizing initiatives that drive value for partnerships.
• A track record of leading complex innovation solution development and implementing solutions with both internal and external teams.
• Flexible to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Industry experience in digital native, eCommerce, education, and entertainment.
• Creative and solution-driven, able to make the impossible possible.

• Experience in doing business in both international and Chinese markets.
