Technical Account Manager - Cloud

The role owns the client relationship, the account plan and the total contract value target for an assigned portfolio of UAE government, semi government and enterprise accounts, together with an associated cloud consumption target. Carry end to end accountability within the ICT Lead to Cash process, from lead identification through contract signature to consumption and expansion, so that revenue growth is repeatable rather than dependent on individual large deals. Sell only what the company can execute, so that the client profit and loss realized matches the client profit and loss signed. Act as the single point of accountability for each client held, mobilizing the whole of the company on their behalf.

Key Accountabilities

• Own the client: the relationship, the outcomes committed, and the profit and loss.
• Generate new leads and convert them into qualified opportunities, against the volumes set in the performance objectives.
• Use artificial intelligence daily, and as the check on every document before it leaves this role.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise or government technology sales, carrying and delivering a quota in the UAE market.
• Technically fluent across cloud, data centre, networking, cyber security, data and artificial intelligence.
