Position

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers in building successful businesses and transitioning from being mere clients to partners on their digital journey.
  • Utilize innovative thinking to help customers maximize the potential of our products and fulfill their investments.
  • Assist customers in translating business requirements into effective technical solutions through a thorough understanding of various platforms.
  • Foster communication between technical and business teams, breaking down corporate silos using clear language and personal skills.
  • Take charge of situations that may arise to ensure resolutions and maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field engagements.
  • Basic knowledge of the vSphere Platform.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • Native proficiency in the local language (speaking and writing) and fluent in English.

Desirable Skills and Education:

  • Experienced IT professional with expertise in relevant areas.
  • Capability to deploy basic assessment tools in customer environments and identify success criteria.
  • Ability to engage with technical leaders and articulate business cases under guidance.
  • High-level understanding of various non-VMware technical skills demanded by clients.
  • Preferred: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) 5 or greater certification and technical knowledge of VMware.
