The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a customer-facing expert responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across channels, distributors, and end-customers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and business insight to articulate the company's value, manage strategic relationships, and navigate all phases of the sales and procurement lifecycle, including technical validation, deal formalization, renewal management, and opportunity development.

The TAM acts as a trusted advisor and success champion, ensuring platform adoption, demonstrating value realization, and advocating for customer needs while coordinating closely with partners and internal teams to achieve account expansion and year-over-year contract renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level and detailed technical presentations; conduct compelling Proof-of-Value (PoV) demonstrations; respond to technical and business queries (including product features and roadmaps).
  • Take ownership of generating accurate and persuasive technical content for formal documentation, including responding to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the account base.
  • Execute renewal strategy, working with customers and channel partners to ensure contract renewal and expansion.
  • Manage and update the full opportunity pipeline (CRM) for all expansion and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with distributors and resellers to support customer procurement processes.
  • Maintain and develop strong business and technical relationships at all levels.
  • Perform regular platform health checks and business reviews; share expertise and provide relevant training to maximize customer adoption.
  • Continuously track and report on product utilization, ensuring measurable value delivery against the customer's business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular client visits for relationship building and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent English and Arabic, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and professional communication abilities.
  • Organized and analytical with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of key technologies including TCP/IP, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Technologies, Firewalls, and other enterprise security solutions.
  • Knowledge of Auditing Frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO27001, etc.) and Information Security industry qualifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA) are a plus.
  • Excellent work ethic with a proactive attitude.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies such as DevOps and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the sales territory.
