Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with designated accounts in the Middle East and Africa.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and protect revenue streams.
- Coordinate resources for service delivery and maintain accurate documentation.
- Manage contractual aspects, including commercials, contracts, and renewals.
- Build strategic relationships with senior customer management and develop cross-team collaborations.
- Identify new opportunities for customer engagement with the company.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT project management experience in B2B environments.
- Valid PRINCE2/PMP or ITIL Certification is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with extensive customer interaction experience.
- Proven experience in Outsourcing, SaaS, and Managed Cloud delivery.
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
