As a Technical Account Manager, you will directly impact our On-Ramp customers, crafting and executing strategies to drive their adoption and use of AWS services. This role involves providing advice on architecture, support strategy, project and launch planning, as well as addressing ongoing operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Build solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer.
- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.
- Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
- Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
- Consult with a range of partners from developers to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
- Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and pre-launch planning.
- Solve various problems as customers migrate their workloads to the cloud.
- Uplift customer capabilities by running workshops and sessions.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in one or more of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scripting languages and coding skills in one or more of the following: Ruby, C/C++/C#, Node.JS, Java, Python, or PHP.
- Experience in customer-facing business presentations covering both business and technical aspects.
