Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring successful operation and realization of value from Alibaba Cloud products.
- Acting as the point of contact for after-sales delivery, offering proactive services and best practice advice.
- Collaborating with various teams to resolve technical queries and meet project timelines.
- Developing a deep understanding of products and technologies to help customers avoid issues, mitigate risks, and manage changes.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required along with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including solid experience in Java development.
- Background in IT, computer science, or cloud computing with strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage systems, and enterprise applications.
- Understanding of cloud architecture design, methodologies, and practices.
- Demonstrated ability in customer-facing technology consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technical architecture with experience in cloud migration, distributed system design, and high availability/failover strategies.
- Familiarity with Microservices, Containers, or Serverless technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of major cloud computing vendors (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure) and additional knowledge of Alibaba Cloud is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to perform under pressure.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin or Arabic at a professional level is a plus.
