Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, building strong long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure the company's solutions align with their business objectives.
  • Provide expert technical guidance during the post-sales phase, gaining an in-depth understanding of client business scenarios to summarize and share product application best practices.
  • Own and lead project delivery for cloud migration, deployment, and expansion projects, coordinating closely with customers to ensure on-time completion and continuous support.
  • Act as the lead liaison for technical issues and escalations, proactively identifying solutions for evolving customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain thought leadership in Cloud, AI, and ML technologies by contributing to technical documentation, industry insight articles, and the development of internal best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect, CSM, or Technical Project Manager.
  • Deep expertise in cloud or AI product suites from major global cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • A collaborative team player capable of setting clear goals, driving successful delivery, and fostering positive team morale.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior success collaborating with Digital Native Businesses (DNBs), ISVs, and Systems Integrators (SIs) in E-commerce, Media, Gaming, or Education.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale migration and deployment projects within enterprise software or cloud ecosystems.
