Position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will act as a customer advocate, providing proactive services to enhance the health and stability of customers' on-cloud IT operations within assigned accounts as part of the company enterprise support plan. Key responsibilities include ensuring successful operation and realization of value from company products, increasing customer satisfaction, reducing support costs, and advising on best practices to drive adoption of cloud solutions.

The TAM will serve as the point of contact for after-sales delivery of proactive services and guidance, collaborating with Account Management, support, consulting, and engineering teams to address technical queries on time while leveraging deep product knowledge to help clients manage changes, incidents, and risks effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience, particularly in Java development.
  • Background in IT, computer science, and/or cloud computing, with a solid understanding of networking, servers, storage systems, enterprise applications, and cloud concepts.
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture design and familiarity with design methodologies and practices in applications/websites.
  • Experience in customer-facing technology consultant roles.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technical architecture, including cloud migration and distributed system design.
  • Familiarity with Microservices, Containers, and/or Serverless technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Awareness of major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure; company knowledge is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work under high pressure.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English; the ability to speak and write in Mandarin or Arabic at a professional level is a plus.
