Responsibilities:

  • Ensure personal responsibilities are discharged in accordance with the company - Middle East & Asia-Pacific Laboratory Management System and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
  • Prepare/Collect source data for entry and invoicing by compiling, sorting, and identifying data entry and invoicing priorities.
  • Maintain data entry and invoicing requirements by following program techniques and procedures; store correct information in the desired database location.
  • Ensure accurate interpretation of data entry in the system, including proper analysis and verification of data, followed by transmittal of the data to the relevant parties.
  • Complete required tasks within set deadlines.
  • Manage additional responsibilities such as troubleshooting, file back-ups, and regular data updates; retrieve data as needed.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect company operations by keeping information confidential.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree holder is preferred.
  • Relevant experience within a laboratory office environment, with working experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems is advantageous.
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in data entry with good typing skills is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality or safety.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge and experience in using MS Office packages, especially Excel and Word, is essential.
