Technical Administrator

The Technical Administrator is responsible for inspecting and reviewing all repairs of Ground Support Equipment (GSE). This role involves ensuring operational efficiency by monitoring the quality control of GSE repairs in accordance with specific guidelines and manufacturer maintenance procedures. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting technical analysis and evaluating the life of components.
• Accurately updating job cards.
• Undertaking quality assurance to meet regulatory standards.
• Executing assigned shift activities and ensuring the receipt of timely and accurate information from previous shift personnel.
• Receiving inputs on daily maintenance and major repair schedules and executing work accordingly.
• Checking daily equipment reports for maintenance requirements and raising job cards as needed.
• Inspecting completed GSE repairs and adhering to quality control standards.
• Diagnosing any damage or failure in vehicle mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and body components and reviewing repair work.
• Assisting team members across various sections (including GSE Inspectors, Equipment Mechanics, Electricians, Air-Conditioning Mechanics) with parts research and monitoring work progress.

Education & Experience:

• At least a high school diploma is required.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and computer skills.
• Proficient in the use of all Office 365 applications.
