Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. Provide technical and solution support to the direct sales team across the company - Electrification Software - Grid Software Portfolio - Transmission and Distribution Applications, primarily focused on Advanced Energy (AEMS) and Distribution Management Systems (ADMS). Promote the business benefits related to the adoption of the GridOS solutions primarily focused on Saudi Arabia and also across the Middle East Region as required.

Responsibilities
- A trusted technical advisor on the Commercial Sales Team, aligning capabilities to specific outcomes, creating reference architectures, and calculating potential solution value.
- Strong understanding of power system operation — generation, transmission, and distribution fundamentals.
- Hands-on knowledge in at least SCADA protocols, with EMS, DMS, and WAMS knowledge being advantageous.
- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid architectures.
- Utilize judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers, taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, potentially leading small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Power Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Transmission and Distribution Grid Applications within a utility or similar business to the company Electrification Software.
- Knowledge level comparable to a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- 5 years of relevant experience within a customer-facing role (e.g., services or commercial sectors).
What You’ll Bring
- Amazon AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role.
- Ability to converse in Arabic at a business level.
- Interest in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the grid sector.
