Technical Analyst - Card Fiserv

As a Technical Analyst, you will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving business requirement gathering, defining technical scope, and executing UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Preparing functional and technical solution documents, parameter configuration sheets, and migration plans.
• Providing mentoring, technical guidance, and reviewing team deliverables to ensure quality.
• Conducting daily stand-up calls and post-project reviews to analyze successes and areas for improvement.
• Preparing implementation plans, job scheduling forms, interface sheets, tech validation plans, and support rosters.
• Analyzing, designing, developing, and testing new LiteUI services in compliance with mandated frameworks and architectural guidelines.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders, effectively communicating key insights and action plans.
