Position

The Technical Analyst - Card Solutions at ADIB (Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank) is responsible for managing all enhancements in the Cards Management System. This role involves facilitating communication between digital channels and the Cards Management System for various projects, addressing production issues, and supporting compliance with payment scheme mandates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team in implementing the payment scheme compliance and mandates.
  • Managing production issues and ensuring 24/7 support for critical incidents to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborating with Demand Management, digital channels, and other departments to define and execute the digital transformation strategy at ADIB.
  • Implementing Agile methodologies to ensure successful product and project delivery.
  • Developing strategies to enhance IT service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Establishing a Centre of Excellence for Integration Services to address application integration needs.
  • Attending market seminars and industry forums to stay updated on technological trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT environment and EFT/Cards Business, with knowledge of VISA and MasterCard regulations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills (PMP certification preferred).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BS) or a Master's degree (MS) in Computer Science preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years focused on Cards issuance, particularly with Prime4/Online and Fraud Guard.
  • Excellent knowledge in various technical areas including Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, and payment scheme mandates/compliance.

This role also requires maintaining information security standards and adhering to documentation processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills, along with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across the organization.
