We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst with deep expertise in banking and financial services to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive domain knowledge in corporate payments, retail banking, and related banking products. This role involves analyzing, implementing, and supporting banking solutions to ensure seamless operations and innovative service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize corporate payment processes and retail banking operations.
- Provide technical support and expertise on Oracle Banking products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement banking solutions, including Obee Pay and other payment platforms.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for banking applications.
- Develop and document technical specifications, workflows, and process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in banking technology and products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in banking technology and domain-specific roles.
- Strong knowledge of corporate payments and retail banking processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Banking products.
- Familiarity with Obee Pay or similar digital payment platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in banking software or payment platforms.
