Technical Analyst/Implementation Support

The Technical Analyst/Implementation Support position at the company involves key deliverables such as installing and configuring Business Banking digital onboarding environments, developing required queries and reports, performing unit tests, and delivering project technical documents in coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities include providing technical resources and services as defined in the statement of work (SOW), serving as IT Lead/Technical Owner with overall oversight, collaborating with vendors, and supporting infrastructure and system integrations. Services are delivered on a managed service basis, and team members must have hands-on experience in SME and Corporate systems.

Candidates will need to support multiple projects concurrently, prepare technical and functional specifications, participate in workshops for system analysis, and develop software modules as needed. Additionally, the role requires assisting with test case preparation and executing system and user acceptance testing, while addressing critical business issues related to business applications such as digital account onboarding and Transaction Banking.
