Technical Architects collaborate with Customers and Partners during project cycles to share their extensive knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform and product suite. They combine their experience in technical architecture, enterprise integration, and business solution implementation to directly drive toward the best possible solutions. Responsibilities include painting a solution vision, architecting the system, and providing guidance during implementation.
As a Technical Architect, you will effectively interact with technical and business resources across all levels, functioning as a trusted advisor for business and technology collaborators. You will also support and align with project management activities, utilizing experience in software delivery cycles based on agile methodologies.
Your Impact:
- Ensure scalable and standardized solutions to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Guide the evaluation of business and technical requirements.
- Build relationships with key collaborators and team members.
- Act as lead architect for overall engagements, coordinating work among multiple architects.
- Align with project and engagement managers to support planning and implementation in close collaboration with the customer.
- Review project vision and direction, approach, and key artifacts.
- Engage with executives and product management to proactively manage issues.
- Mentor diverse teams in technical delivery and communication strategies.
- Support pre-sales activities to position Salesforce Services.
- Participate in community volunteering activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR).
- Proficient in object-oriented programming languages.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology integration.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise application integration.
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and common integration design patterns.
- Experience as a Senior Architect or CTO in a mid to large-sized organization.
