As a D360 Technical Architect, you will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to provide technical expertise during pre and post-sale processes. Your key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing complex business problems to recommend actionable solutions.
- Driving customer adoption of high-value solutions and innovations.
- Assisting in software demonstrations, rapid prototyping, and storytelling.
- Collaborating across platforms to develop solutions leveraging the company's technology stack.
- Providing expertise in data governance, security, and other technical capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, preferably in the B2B SaaS space and cloud data platforms.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients at all organizational levels.
- Understanding the interplay between data and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Ability to pivot clients to alternative solutions when needed.
- Experience with Data Warehouses, Cloud Technology, Business Intelligence, and CRM products.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Python, and SQL.
Preferred Requirements:
- Implementation or sales experience in the company's D360 and Agentforce.
- Hands-on experience with the company's CRM technologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred.
