Job Descriptions:
Education: Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
- Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity.
- Influence team objectives and long-range goals.
- Define and improve internal standards for maintainability and best practices.
- Drive innovation and address technical impediments.
- Consult with customers and external stakeholders as a spokesperson for the team's work.
- Provide mentorship to Engineers on the team.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software development experience, strong in Java/JEE/Spring development frameworks.
- 3+ years in designing distributed systems.
- Certification in TOGAF/Azure Solutions Architect/AWS Solutions Architect/GCP Solution Architect.
- Experience with Microservices, container, and cloud-native application development.
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Understanding of static code analysis, unit testing, and automated test frameworks.
- Experience with Jenkins, SonarQube, GIT, Maven, Gradle.
- Experience with two or more application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
- Strong Agile experience in Scrum and/or Kanban models.
- Experience with two or more database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Previous experience in a DevOps-focused environment is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
