Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the technical architecture and landscape for SAP S/4HANA.
- Overseeing SAP Basis activities, including installation, upgrades, patching, transport management, and system refreshes.
- Designing and governing custom development frameworks, ensuring compliance with SAP best practices.
- Leading integration architecture across SAP modules, legacy systems, and third-party applications.
- Ensuring system security, user provisioning, and compliance with regulatory policies.
- Supporting data migration and conversion activities to guarantee data quality.
- Providing performance tuning, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Collaborating with infrastructure teams to maintain system availability and disaster recovery.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications:
- SAP Certified Technology Associate (Basis/NetWeaver/S/4HANA) required.
- SAP Certified Development Associate (ABAP, Fiori/UI5) desirable.
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification desirable.

Experience:
- 10–12 years of SAP technical experience, including at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP Basis administration and system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with ABAP development, Fiori/UI5, CDS, and OData services.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA technical architecture and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation tools for monitoring and DevOps practices in SAP.
- Knowledge of authorizations, GRC, and security design principles.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage technical teams and vendors effectively.
Work Environment:
Based in KSA, the role requires flexibility for cutover weekends, patching schedules, and hypercare support, alongside collaboration with various teams such as Solution Architecture, Infrastructure, and Security.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
