Mission:
- Lead six key functions covering Asset Management, GIS, Handover/Takeover, IT & OT, Innovation, and Technical Studies, ensuring the reliability, performance, digitalization, and continuous improvement of water and wastewater infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Asset Management: Lifecycle optimization, asset inventory, preventive maintenance, CMMS/Maximo, reliability, RCM/FMECA, and RCA.
- GIS: Management of sewer, stormwater, groundwater, and TSE network data, mapping, operational information, and maintenance support.
- Handover/Takeover: Ensure technical and operational readiness of new facilities, including commissioning, documentation, training, spare parts management, Maximo, and HSE preparation.
- IT & OT: Management of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, SCADA, PLC/RTU, automation, telemetry, and instrumentation.
- Innovation: Drive digital transformation, smart asset management, predictive maintenance, AI implementation, remote monitoring, energy efficiency, climate resilience, and sustainability initiatives.
- Technical Studies: Conduct engineering studies, develop improvement proposals, create technical-commercial offers, resolve operational defects, and perform studies for new facilities.
- Leadership: Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate efforts with clients, contractors, surveyors, maintenance teams, and technical resources from the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or related field); a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in asset management, infrastructure operations, or utilities, preferably within the water/wastewater sector.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, maintenance, GIS, IT/OT, and technical projects.
- Strong knowledge of Asset Management principles, lifecycle planning, reliability engineering (RCM, FMECA, RCA), and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Good understanding of GIS systems and spatial asset management.
- Experience in commissioning, handover/takeover of infrastructure assets, and managing technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
