As a FortiSOAR Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of FortiSOAR and FortiEDR solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the broader security infrastructure. This role requires in-depth technical expertise in FortiSOAR and FortiEDR, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Skills Required:

Proven experience with FortiSOAR and FortiEDR implementations and integrations in large enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining FortiSOAR and FortiEDR solutions.
Experience with automation, orchestration, and security operations workflows in FortiSOAR.
In-depth knowledge of security information and event management (SIEM), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and incident response processes.
