Technical Consultant

We are seeking a Technical Consultant with a strong background in application and database administration along with technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, programming languages, and database/SQL Server experience. Banking domain experience is also preferred. This role provides an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to critical projects within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Administration:

  • Install, configure, and upgrade application software and related components.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including operational procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide technical support to end-users on application-related issues.
  • Complete setup and test for Disaster Recovery, and perform related exercises.
  • Analyze and resolve production incidents, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, users, and vendors to enhance systems.

• Database Administration:

  • Monitor database performance and resolve performance bottlenecks.
  • Ensure database security and assist in database design and optimization.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
