Seclore protects and controls digital assets to help enterprises prevent data theft and achieve compliance. Permissions and access to digital assets can be granularly assigned and revoked, or dynamically set at the enterprise-level, including when shared with external parties. Asset discovery and automated policy enforcement allow enterprises to adapt to changing security threats and regulatory requirements in real-time and at scale.
Role Overview:
This position is for self-motivated and highly energetic individuals who can think of multiple solutions for a given problem and help in decision-making while working in a super-agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document customer infrastructure.
- Create architecture diagrams showcasing the integration of Seclore within the customer’s infrastructure.
- Manage multiple technical deployments simultaneously, each with varying complexities.
- Gain a deep understanding of Seclore products and develop expertise in their usage.
- Take ownership of the technical implementation and upgrades of Seclore products.
- Lead technical discussions with clients' IT teams.
- Learn and adapt to new concepts introduced by customers.
- Comprehend and align with customer processes related to technical implementation.
- Test new features thoroughly before deploying them in production environments.
- Collaborate with support and engineering teams, leveraging diverse expertise.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Train users on IT systems, ensuring seamless adoption.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex client architecture and design effective implementation plans for Seclore products.
- Strong knowledge of web and application servers (e.g., Apache, Tomcat, IIS, WebLogic) and their configuration parameters.
- Proficiency in SSL, Exchange, DNS, basic firewall concepts, DMZ, proxy, and reverse proxy.
- Proactive thinker with a "can-do" attitude.
- Effective team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of operating systems, including Server OS, Windows (8, 8.1, 10), and Linux.
- Industry certifications such as MCSE, MCP, or RHEL.
- Expertise in computer security procedures and protocols.
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of databases like Oracle/MSSQL and LDAP.
- Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic.
