In this role, you will be accountable for overall project delivery, client satisfaction, and management of expectations, ensuring that work is on strategy, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end client delivery from initiation through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in line with company processes.
- Manage client relationships and expectations, representing delivery at the governance level.
- Coordinate multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation, and business outcomes.
- Work closely with multi-disciplined teams of product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance to drive estimates, delivery plans, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify and manage engagement risks, escalating major issues early on.
- Participate in business development efforts for both existing and new clients, continuously identifying new opportunities.
- Engage in the entire pre-sales cycle, prepare client proposals, define implementation and design, and present solution architecture and delivery statements of work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management, with the ability to provide strategic direction and set goals.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously from initiation to delivery while effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Experience in building and leading geographically distributed delivery teams and working with clients’ distributed teams.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their related services.
- Hands-on experience in technology and software engineering practices, with the ability to supervise and suggest competitive technical decisions.
- Ability to present delivery strategies and progress reports to executive leadership.
- Self-motivated, reliable, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience delivering large scale ecommerce projects using composable architecture (e.g., commerce tools).
- Proficiency in data management concepts, including data governance, data quality, data integration, and data lifecycle management.
