Technical Delivery Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of assigned IT projects, ensuring timely rollouts and alignment with business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating and executing project work plans, revising them as needed to meet changing requirements.
• Utilizing project management tools such as JIRA for managing Agile projects, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Following IT project management processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to deliver IT and digital projects.
• Managing large scale projects using tools like Microsoft Project.
• Producing all project reports, including feasibility, budget utilization, and risk assessments.
• Evaluating vendors based on project needs and participating in the RFP/RFI process.
• Coordinating with various IT functions to deliver Digital Transformation projects within execution timelines.
• Identifying and mitigating integration-related risks to maintain high service standards.
• Working closely with delivery partners to manage dependencies between teams and projects.
• Ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Training and mentoring scrum teams in agile methodologies and facilitating scrum events.
• Monitoring project progress and performance, and preparing status reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in IT within the banking industry.
• Prior technical experience with PEGA platform implementation.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodology and modern APIs.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall, iterative, and agile).
• Understanding of unit testing, release procedures, coding, design, documentation, and change management processes.
