We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of customer and partner solutions within the company’s portfolio. This customer-facing role will require ownership of the execution of signed agreements, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality commitments are met while maintaining robust relationships with customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Contract Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of customer contracts, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Customer Delivery Partner: Serve as the primary delivery representative, building trusted relationships with government, enterprise, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Translate Agreements into Action: Break down contracts and statements of work (SOWs) into clear project plans and milestones.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Align engineering, product, AI research, robotics partners, and business units for seamless delivery.
  • Manage Risks and Dependencies: Proactively identify issues and resolve blockers, ensuring effective communication with customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure Adoption and Handover: Oversee onboarding and training to help customers realize the value of the company’s solutions.
  • Drive Reporting and Transparency: Provide structured status updates and executive-level reporting to customers and the company leadership.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and contribute to refining the company’s customer engagement model.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in technical delivery, engagement, or program management roles with direct customer-facing responsibility, ideally in AI, robotics, or enterprise-scale deployments.
  • Customer Orientation: Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Delivery Leadership: Success in managing end-to-end delivery of large contracts or programs.
  • Technical Fluency: Understanding of modern technology stacks (AI/ML, robotics, digital twin platforms) to engage effectively with technical teams.
  • Execution Discipline: Skilled in project planning, scope control, milestone management, and various delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills, capable of conveying clarity at both executive and operational levels.
  • Mindset: Customer-first, highly accountable, and comfortable in complex, high-stakes environments.
