Technical Delivery Manager

The Technical Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end engineering delivery across multiple strategic technology initiatives. This role involves translating business and product requirements into clear technical delivery plans and ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, quality, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery across multiple strategic technology initiatives.
• Monitor delivery progress, timelines, dependencies, and key milestones.
• Manage and oversee external software development and technology delivery partners.
• Own and maintain the engineering delivery roadmap in alignment with product and business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, QA, Infrastructure, Operations, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, engineering management, or a related technology leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud modernization initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business functions.
• Saudi nationality is required.
