Job Description:
- Lead a team in the execution of technical solutions for initiatives and projects.
- Resolve obstacles that could hinder program delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partner organizations.
- Liaise with other teams to contribute to integrated programs and strategic initiatives.
- Develop innovative solutions that support business growth strategies.
- Ensure team development and understanding of applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide technical oversight and remain updated on current trends and developments.
- Develop technical talent within the team.
- Perform other responsibilities as appropriate to the position.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction, design management, or engineering, with at least 8 years in a technical leadership role.
- Extensive experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
